What we can and cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a store, a manufacturer, a dealer or a repair shop. We cannot sell you anything, process an order, supply a part or a bobbin case, order a foot for your model or handle a warranty claim. For those, contact the retailer, the dealer or the manufacturer directly, since they hold the order and the warranty.
We also cannot diagnose your machine by email. That is not caution for its own sake: the same symptom comes from a bent needle, a rethread that missed the take up lever, a bobbin wound on the wrong tension or a machine that is out of time, and telling those apart means having the machine in front of you. Our troubleshooting guides walk the checks in order, and when they run out the next step is a repair shop rather than another setting.
